Unfortunately, after an order has been placed, you are not able to edit the order. The best option is to contact us to cancel your order and place another order with the products you originally wanted.
All orders have a tracking number emailed when they are shipped. To best locate your order, check the tracking history located on the order’s tracking number page.
If you cannot locate your tracking number, you may locate it via the order status page on your account. If you did not create an account when checking out, you may visit the delivery company website to track your order. Just have your order number and email available.
If you believe you did not receive what you had ordered, please contact us [firstname.lastname@example.org] with images of the items you did receive, and a staff member with get back into contact with you to rectify the order problem.
The shipping window for orders are from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM EST to 3:00 PM EST.
All orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day. Any order placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day unless it’s classified for overnight shipping.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Friday or over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed Monday if the orders is not for overnight delivery.
All orders are shipped during the evening and therefore the day of shipment is not eligible to be included in the shipping delivery time frame.
To update your shipping address for an order to the correct address, please send an email or contact us with the correct shipping address. Please include your order number so that we can quickly change it prior to it being shipped out.
If you did not receive your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with the shipping courier to find out more information regarding your order.
If your shipping courier was USPS, they will occasionally deliver the package to your neighbor. We suggest checking with your neighbor as you may find your package with them.
If you ordered internationally to a PO Box, FedEx does not deliver directly to PO Boxes. It is likely that they delivered to a regional courier for final delivery to your PO Box.
The free shipping option is provided via USPS First Class Mail. USPS First Class Mail can take between 2 to 7 business days (48 to 168 business hours) to arrive from the time that the package is shipped out from our facility.
